Suzuki voted Best Manufacturer in the Car Dealer Power Survey

The 2024 Car Dealer Power Survey results are in, and we're thrilled to announce that Suzuki has been voted Best Manufacturer overall, topping a list of 25 brands.

Suzuki achieved an impressive average satisfaction score of 90.8% across 13 categories, excelling in aftersales, brand awareness, accessibility, requirements, and return-on-investment. This marks a significant improvement from last year, when Suzuki placed fourth with a score of 82.8%, reflecting an overall 8% increase for 2024.

In the manufacturers section of the survey, dealers anonymously ranked their manufacturer partners across 13 categories covering all aspects of the franchise. These individual category scores were then compiled to create the overall score.

James Baggott, editor-in-chief of Car Dealer Magazine, remarked, "Suzuki should be extremely proud of this result. The brand rose three places from last year's position – it's a hugely deserved win. It's clear Suzuki's dealers are happy, as they gave very high scores for aftersales, brand awareness, accessibility, requirements, and return-on-investment."

Baggott added, "Suzuki really should be congratulated as it is a small outfit compared to some of the names in this survey. However, the brand is evidently doing an outstanding job in the eyes of its dealers."

Additionally, the Suzuki Swift was voted 'Highly Commended' for Car of the Year, a significant acknowledgment following its launch in April this year.
