Is the price generated what you'll give me? 

Well, that's a great question. And the honest answer is maybe! Unlike "popular" car buying websites it's in our best interest to try and give you as much as possible for your potential part exchange, after all we'd like to sell you a new one! So we're not like the famous car buying sites that are incentivised to hunt for every last chip and scratch to be able to offer you peanuts for your car when you turn up for an appointment. 

The price generated is a best case scenario and we'll adjust the valuation accordingly after we've conducted a full appraisal and taken your car for a short drive. We'll always be fair and reasonable after all we're family owned and we've been in business for 20 years!

What sort of things will you be checking?

Nothing to worry about! We'll take a closer look at your car, using our specialist software on our tablet which ensures we check every area of the inside and outside of your vehicle, we'll take measurements of your tyres and take a deeper look into any service history you have. All of this takes around 20 minutes. Some dealerships may give you a "rough" price and take a quick look from a distance, but we don't and that's so we sell the right cars on with confidence, just like the one you're interested in! 

What am I going to do while you appraise my car?

Well let's rewind slightly, on your arrival one of our team will make you feel at home, make you a drink and ask you some questions to gain a better understanding on what you're looking for in your next car, the reason behind this is to make sure we recommend the right one for you and your life. Once we've whittled it down to the perfect car, you'll get behind the wheel and go for a test drive just to make sure you've made the right choice. While you're out we'll appraise your car and work out a fair deal. Because we go into depth, it means you can take your time and go for a good test run!
